Among them, the most representative "Five Sheep Stone Carving" in the park is a key protected cultural relic in Guangzhou, which was built in 1959 and was created by three sculptors: Yin Jichang, Chen Benzong and Kong Qiuchuan. The whole stone statue is carved with 130 pieces of granite, more than 10 meters high, the volume is 53 cubic meters, this sculpture is regarded as the symbol of Yangcheng, so there are many tourists who stop here and take a group photo with it. Yuexiu Park is composed of seven hills, including the main peak Yuejinggang and the surrounding osmanthus gang, Mukegang and Liyugang, and three artificial lakes of Beixiu, Nanxiu and Dongxiu. Among them, the three artificial lakes can be taken by boat, and the price is generally 30 yuan/hour for a double boat (sometimes the price changes). In addition to its natural beauty, the park also has many historical sites, including the Sun Yat-sen Monument, the ancient city wall of Guangzhou, and the ancient Sifang Fort.
It is worth mentioning that the whole scenic area can also take a battery car tour, the cost is 10 yuan one-way, there are 3 routes to choose from, but the most recommended is to enter the park from the main gate, to the five sheep stone statue (near the west gate) and then get off.
