Jade Ramen Xiaolongbao - Merchant Reviews

If you can get Michelin honors by making xiao long bao, jade ramen xiao long bao is counted as one. Jade Restaurant Group was founded in Singapore in 1992 by Hong Kong investors, and its five-star flagship restaurant, Jade Palace Restaurant, opened in the same year, is still a banquet venue for local gentry and celebrities in Singapore. The Emerald Restaurant Group, currently part of the LVMH Group, has been recommended by the Michelin Guide for seven consecutive years since 2009 and now has more than 100 restaurants across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. Jade Ramen Xiao Long Bao has won numerous awards, including the Hong Kong Tourism Board's Gold Award for Gastronomy Grand Honour (Dim Sum Category), the "My Favourite Restaurant" by U Weekly Hong Kong, the Tripadvisor Award of Excellence, and has been selected for the OpenRice Outstanding Hot Restaurant Awards. Jade Ramen Xiao Long Bao landed in Hong Kong in 2001 and specializes in traditional Beijing, Sichuan and Shanghai cuisines, each with its own three distinctive flavors. His signature dish is the eight-style xiaolongbao, which won the Gold Award of the 2013 Hong Kong Tourism Board's Culinary Grand Pride. 68 yuan a piece, a cage on the table a total of 9 xiaolongbao, 8 salty and one sweet, the salty filling is foie gras fresh meat, spicy beef, cheese fresh meat, shrimp, black truffle fresh meat, saliva chicken, green bean fresh meat and classic original, sweet is bean paste filling. Unfortunately, the actual taste is not as enticing as the picture, and the appearance is slightly less impressive. In contrast, the classic xiaolongbao of 26 yuan and 4 pieces is more recommended, which is more cost-effective. The highest level of Jade Ramen Xiao Long Bao is actually the noodle dish. Sichuan dandan noodles, hot and sour soup ramen, boiled beef ramen and Shanghai pork rib ramen have been favored by many diners. Some Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes are not bad, such as Shanghai fried rice cakes, pine nut cinnamon fish, sweet and sour fish fillet, and scallop crab. Expensive is also a major feature here. The soup soup is supplied at 32 yuan per person, and the ordinary vegetarian dishes start at 40 yuan and the meat dishes start at 50 yuan, which is much more expensive than the general restaurants in the city, but the overall production is not particularly amazing. Due to the price of small dishes selling large dishes, it is reasonable that there are not many customers. Jade Ramen Xiao Long Bao currently has two branches in Guangzhou, one in Taikoo Hui and one in Grandview Plaza. Both stores are located in high-end commercial centers with a large flow of people, and the design is mainly simple and bright wooden decoration, and all of them are seats for less than 4 people. Although it is a Hong Kong chain brand, the service of the two branches in Guangzhou is obviously far behind that of Hong Kong. There is a waiting table during peak times, but it's not really worth the trip.
