The international high school jointly organized by Vanke, a real estate predator, and Shenzhen Middle School, a top school, landed in Dameisha, Shenzhen in 2015. In 2017, in the list of the top 100 international schools in China selected by Hurun Baixue, the young Vanke Meisha Academy won the third place among the best international schools in Shenzhen, beating out well-known schools such as Shenzhen International School, Shenzhen Experimental School International Department, and Besaith International School.
Far away from the city, the academy is located in the Vanke headquarters in Dameisha, and the classroom can overlook the sea, so it can be called a sea-view hotel, which is the first impression most people have of the academy.
