If you want to survive in Huaqiangbei, which is full of restaurants, you must not stick to the old ways. Located on Zhenxing Road, Wanshan Heavenly Kitchen has been open for more than a year, and has made waves in Shenzhen vegetarian restaurants with its "concept vegetarian" selling point. Its taste is biased towards Sichuan-Hunan cuisine, but with the addition of uncommon ingredients such as pomegranate flowers, elm fungus, and water chestnut, and there is a Western-style combination such as "baguette avocado", which is refreshing.

The lobby on the first floor does not adopt the usual Chinese style of vegetarian restaurants, but uses simple and clear modern wooden furniture with warm light sources, which is somewhat elegant. The tableware chosen by Wanshan Tianchu is also thoughtful: pale cyan dishes, small and delicate teacups, ceramic teapots, and slender chopsticks on the side are placed on a circular piece of wood, which is in line with the quiet and pure atmosphere of the vegetarian restaurant. The only private room in the store is located on the second floor and can accommodate about 16 people, so advance reservations are required.

The baguette avocado is very fresh, and the avocado sauce with wasabi and chili peppers also stands out, and the texture is fresh on the surface of the crispy bread. However, those who are not very spicy may feel that the spicy taste masks the aroma of avocado. Another signature dish, Gollum, is filled with water chestnuts and soy protein cubes, which are fried to create a crispy and salty texture, and are also worth a try with their exquisite plating. If the above two dishes are new in the method, the sauce and fried pomegranate flowers are unique in the ingredients. Pomegranate flowers are common in Yunnan cuisine, but the rest of the cuisines are less likely to be used due to raw materials, which makes the dish amazing when you taste it for the first time. The pomegranate blossom has a taste that is between fresh bamboo shoots and water chestnut, with the fibres of the flower body bringing a crisp and the stamens releasing a hint of sweetness. However, Wanshan Heavenly Kitchen was not stable enough in this dish, and did not pay enough attention to the selection of sauce and the processing of pomegranate flowers, and some of the flowers were too tough inside, which affected the taste.

It is worth noting that Wanshan Tianchu mishandled the "one bucket of Jiangshan" dish as the "standard" of vegetarian restaurants, with an empty appearance of red dangdang but almost no spicy taste, and the combination of ingredients was too casual, no wonder it was called "low-profile vegetarian spicy hot".

Wan Shan Tian Kitchen's dishes are generally small (especially the "Gollum Golp"), but this seems to be the norm in vegetarian restaurants that specialize in sophistication. In view of its innovation and creation in the "concept vegetarian diet", it is still a new choice for those who are accustomed to eating traditional vegetarian dishes.
