Jin Wanxiang is located opposite the Shenzhen Central Park, which has been in Shenzhen for some years and has been loved by Anhui villagers for many years.

Due to the light taste of Cantonese people, this makes the Hui cuisine with heavy salt and oil fall into a relatively embarrassing situation. Therefore, Jin Wanxiang has hired Xia Huailun and other award-winning Hui cuisine chefs in China to explore the new taste of Hui cuisine and screen out Hui cuisine dishes that meet the taste of local people. Among them, Fuliji roast chicken is the signature dish of Jin Wanxiang, and it is also a traditional famous dish in Suzhou City, Anhui Province, and is known as "China's four famous chickens" together with Dezhou grilled chicken, Henan Daokou roast chicken, and Jinzhou goubangzi smoked chicken. The chicken used by Jin Wanxiang is all from the local farmers in Fuli Town, the method is to slaughter and wash the chicken, after the floating water is dried, the whole body is smeared with high-concentration honey water, and then put into the oil pot to fry until golden brown, and finally put into the brine pot with more than a dozen spices to marinate. The characteristics of Fuliji roast chicken are fat but not greasy, the chicken is rotten and silky, and the fragrance is mellow. Jin Wanxiang's dining environment is average, with spacious table spacing and private rooms.
