In 2015, Hutaoli opened a national flagship store in Shenzhen, and then made efforts at an astonishing speed, opening 300 branches in more than 160 cities in China in just two years, becoming the most eye-catching music restaurant chain brand in China. Since then, imitators have appeared in various places, but it has never been surpassed by its mature business model and the abundant resources behind it. Although its music and food have not reached the extreme, it has indeed become an important role in "changing the nightlife of Chinese young people".
Hutaoli adopts a chain franchise model, so that its stores have unified standards from decoration style, management mode to music and catering, and music and artist resources are its core advantages. Its parent company, Hezong Culture Group, has two major music bases in Beijing and Shenzhen, and its brands such as Soho Bar, True Color Bar, and Pure K, which occupy a place in more than 100 cities across the country, are all its brands. With more than 3,000 musicians, it is the largest music dream factory in China, with more than 1,800 folk artists in Hutaoli alone.
Hutaoli has a steady stream of high-quality music resources to rely on, more than a dozen branches in Shenzhen can arrange 7 people (bands) to perform 7 performances at the same time every night, except for the 20-minute break in the middle of the session, 19:15-01:55 can enjoy a good live music experience - this is the only music restaurant in Shenzhen that can take into account the long time, many performances, and fresh singing faces. These self-trained singers may not all reach the professional level, but their overall singing skills are solid, far exceeding the average level of music restaurants in Shenzhen.
The Canterlot store is also one of the best atmospheres, Cui Jian, the godfather of Chinese rock, as well as Zheng Jun, Xie Tianxiao, pop singer Karen Mok, Liu Ye in the film and television industry, Guan Jinpeng, Tang Zhenye, and even famous poets Zheng Chouyu and Bei Dao have all visited this store. The upside-down wine glasses on the bar, the glittering goblets on the table and the empty wine bottles collected on the wall ladder reflect sporadic light, which is especially gentle and romantic in the dim tones, and is very different from the noise outside. No matter where you sit down, you can clearly see the stage full of musical instruments. Guests who like the European style of black stamps may think that the atmosphere in Hutao is a bit deliberate, but you will be embarrassed to refuse its intentions, because you will not find such a beautiful layout in Shenzhen, and every branch can provide such a perspective.
Red wine is another strong strength in Walnut. Many restaurants like to choose expensive red wines for a cool look, but those top wines have actually been ignored for a long time. The practice of Hutaoli is quite impressive, it collects award-winning cheap and good wines from all over the world, and delivers them to you. For example, the San Roman red wine with a score of 95 points from Rober parker, a 460-year-old winery in South Africa (made with the famous "Pinotage" grape variety), a special celebration wine for the Real Madrid team, a Pando Malbec red wine that won the gold medal at the Paris Wine Fair, and a sparkling wine from the Three Sisters Estate that has won gold/silver medals in several international challenges and the Japanese Women's Wine Competition, etc., and their prices are only less than 300 yuan. Hutaoli seems to be silently telling the guests that good wine can also be cheap and worth owning. Of course, there are also red wines for enthusiasts, such as Petit Lafite. Each branch has the above red wines, and there are also special varieties of their own stores, a total of nearly 60 varieties, and the popular ones may be out of stock.
Interestingly, compared with the literary atmosphere in the store, Hutaoli's practice of using Sichuan and Hunan dishes with foreign wine is very hippie. The menu is clear at a glance, and the top page is a must-order. As an Internet celebrity restaurant, the dishes must first be eye-catching, and Hu Taoli has done a very good job in this regard. The signature roast chicken is placed in a wooden birdcage, and the dish is full of momentum when served, but unfortunately the taste is no different from the traditional Cantonese roast chicken, the product is not very stable, and the meat quality is sometimes too woody. As for the main Sichuan-style dishes, the completion of several items in the walnuts is not outstanding, and the fish meat of the boiled Jiangtuan is not very flavorful. Mao Xuewang, sauerkraut fish and husband and wife lung slices and other seasoning dishes, the spicy taste is heavy, the taste is a little unbalanced, the whole can meet the daily food, and it is not difficult for connoisseurs to eat their level is far inferior to the excellent Sichuan restaurant. In contrast, ordering black beauty tofu and Western-style cuttlefish grilled rice is not likely to go wrong, and the cost performance is acceptable. For those who are particular about lamb chops, they can pair their meals with wine varieties, and the menu also includes a small amount of Western ham and grilled grill.
The mediocre dish is Hutaoli, which is also the status quo of most music restaurants. If you don't pursue taste, Hutaoli is very suitable for dating and partying, and there are a lot of young people who come to drink and listen to music in the middle of the night. The waiters are enthusiastic, answer all questions, and maintain a certain sense of distance from the guests, so you don't feel disturbed. But occasionally there will be an embarrassing scene of urging the guests.
There is also a music restaurant in Hutao, which is also invested by Hezong, but the location is relatively biased, and the dishes tend to be fast food, so this list is not recommended.
