与Germanypen在世界制霸相符的是，Fountain pen ink也是Germany品牌略占优势。和百利金一样，Rohrer＆Klinger也是一家超百年历史的墨水厂，简称R&K，作为一个传统的家族企业，至今已历五代。
 
R&K是个尤其注重外部认证的品牌。Fountain pen ink作为pen的附属品，还没迎来自己的黄金发展期，就因键盘输入的冲击而衰落，许多标准并未建立，已建立的也少有品牌重视。ISO 12757-2是墨水取得“档案墨水”称号需要通过的国际工业标准，但因认证过于繁琐，许多墨水厂并未送检。R&K的Dokumentus档案墨水系列是全球第一款通过该认证的档案墨水，同时还通过了Germany造纸研究所PTS的测试，信赖值高。
 
This authoritatively tested archival ink is still an iron gall ink, but it is neutral, and it is very gentle and safe for fountain pens. Focusing on waterproof, anti-light, anti-friction, anti-bleaching, anti-alcohol and anti-acid and alkali, it is the best performing archival ink on the market. The most rare thing is that this ink is available in six colors, jumping away from the blue-black area of iron gall ink, and the color purity is not reduced by the reduction of acidity, and the paper performance is still very good.
 
同样是主打温和不伤笔，R&K的Schreibtinte速写墨水系列除去Salix柳青与Scabiosa矢车菊两款铁胆墨水，皆采用天然优质染料制作，颜色饱和度高，且干燥快，可惜未摆脱染料墨水的通性，用在大水枪和粗糙纸面仍会洇纸。速写墨水系列有18色可选，并不算多，但R&K表示16色染料墨水可自由混合，不用担心发生沉淀反应，可玩性大大增加。
 
R&K从1989年以来启用了新的分销模式，产品已经覆盖欧洲市场，但仍未进入中国市场，只能通过代购。Schreibtinte速写墨水系列一般以50ml为单位出售，因定位为日用品，瓶子并不奢华，加上过海费也可以50元入手。Dokumentus档案墨水系列价格翻倍，仍是值得考虑的性价比之选。
