Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a key leading enterprise in national agricultural industrialization, a high-tech enterprise in the autonomous region, and the only dairy mobilization center set up by the National Economic Mobilization Office in Northwest China. The company was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in November 2013, with a registered capital of 86,389,415 yuan, net assets of more than 600 million yuan, and a market value of nearly 2 billion yuan.

The company has brands such as "Tianrun", "Gary" and "Jiali", among which "Gary" has been rated as a famous brand product in Xinjiang. In order to speed up the implementation of the brand strategy, the company has established a national well-known brand development plan based on "Tianrun".

In accordance with the differentiated strategy, Tianrun Technology, a subsidiary of the company, is based on traditional dairy products, focusing on fermented milk and functional dairy products, leading fresh, strengthening room temperature, and breaking through milk drinks. Tianrun Technology has independently developed more than 50 varieties of dairy products such as bovine colostrum, liquid milk, yogurt, milk powder, milk-containing beverages and cheese in six series, forming a product system with the characteristics of the times and national characteristics.

Tianrun Technology has the world's advanced production equipment such as the Danish ultrafiltration concentrated low-temperature spray colostrum production line, the automatic production line of liquid milk, yogurt and active lactic acid bacteria beverage of GEA company in Germany, the Tetra Brik brick of Sweden, the filling production line of Tetra Fino pillow and the roof box filling production line of Shikoku in Japan, etc., so that the world's advanced dairy technology is integrated in the company and has become a landmark enterprise in the dairy industry in Xinjiang. The company's daily processing capacity reaches 350 tons.

The company has three subsidiaries: Xinjiang Tianrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shawan Gerui Dairy Co., Ltd. and Shawan Tianrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. There are more than 20,000 dairy cows in the self-owned, holding and cooperative milk source base, and the daily output of fresh milk is more than 200 tons, which has established a new milk source guarantee system with its own milk source base and holding dairy farming base as the core layer, a shareholding and cooperative breeding base as a close layer, and a family breeding and contract management breeding base as a loose layer, forming a dairy industrialization development model.

Focusing on Urumqi urban dairy industry, the company has built a northern Xinjiang dairy and animal husbandry industrial park based on Shawan Gery, with Kuitun as the core milk source base and solid milk as the main base; Give full play to the role of Hami's "bridgehead" and create a dairy and animal husbandry industrial park that radiates the northwest region; Integrate the excellent dairy and livestock resources in the mainland, establish a dairy and livestock industrial park close to the mainland market, and expand the company's development space.

The subsidiary is based in Xinjiang and faces the whole country, accelerating the construction of the main market. The market in Xinjiang is centered on the Wuchang urban dairy market, based on northern Xinjiang, and focused on the dairy markets of the three prefectures in southern Xinjiang and Tu and Ha, and has established a county-level core market network in Xinjiang. In the market outside Xinjiang, we have established a sales network system in more than 20 provinces and municipalities with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other markets as the core, laying the foundation for the company's leapfrog development.
