Founded in 1953, from the earliest manufacture of soy sauce, canned food, monosodium glutamate, milk, yogurt, fruit juice drinks, etc., to the latest research and development of health food, Weiquan's high-quality and diversified products have long been deeply rooted in every family, closely linked to your and my lives, and established the deepest emotions. Founded in 1992 in mainland China, the Flavor Continent Business Group currently consists of the Refrigeration Division, Nutrition Division, Catering Division, Bread Division and Sauce Division. In line with the business philosophy of "integrity, pragmatism and innovation", the vision of "becoming a benchmark enterprise of food companies", the goal of "developing high-quality products and providing services with high consumer satisfaction" for all employees, and the self-promise of "seeds" to nurture a better life for mankind.

Nutraceuticals

Wei Quan, an "infant nutrition expert" from Taiwan. Adhering to the concept of "Taiwan's Professional, Gathering Trust", it has a large biotechnology R&D team and a strong group of scholars and expert consultants, jointly committed to the innovation and R&D of infant food. For more than 60 years, it has been moving towards the forefront of scientific education and has continued to create remarkable achievements.

In 2008, Weiquan established the "Superior Fertility Research Center" to provide professional and all-round nutritious food for the nutritional needs of Chinese consumers, and is fully committed to the scientific care of Chinese babies and mothers.

Refrigeration Division

The Refrigeration Division, integrating R&D, production and sales, takes providing "fresh, healthy and high-quality" refrigerated food as its own responsibility, always adheres to the fine tradition of quality first, and gradually develops into a leading brand in the refrigerated food industry through a strong professional background R&D team, constantly updated production technology and strict quality assurance system.

With the assistance of the group company, a factory was built in Hangzhou in 2001 and Hangzhou Weiquan Food Co., Ltd. was established.

Bread Division

The Bread Division was established in September 2008 as a Taiwan-Japan joint venture co-founded by Weiquan BVI, Japan's PASCO Shikishima Bread Co., Ltd., and ITC Japan's Itochu Corporation, to build a professional brand of Chinese bread together. With Weiquan's long-term successful marketing experience in China, coupled with the advanced bread technology of Pasco (Shikishima) in Japan, it provides exclusive patented technologies in process and product development, especially the patented technology of "super cooked", which has the largest market share in Japan, and ITOCHU provides global raw material sourcing advantages, and the bread division will become the largest bread producer in Southeast Asia.

Outside Catering Division

2008年Flavor full进军大陆外食餐饮市场,成立Outside Catering Division。以固体饮料&点心、冷藏饮品&乳品、果浆、果汁等为主要经营品项,并先后通过QS、HACCP、ISO9001、ISO22000、清真等认证,严格的品质管控体系为产品奠定了坚实的基础。

Now it has produced and sold more than 50 kinds of solid beverages in seven core categories: fruit drinks, tea drinks, coffee cocoa, dairy products, ice products, snacks and coffee beans, and at the same time sells refrigerated and room temperature beverages such as fresh milk, lactic acid bacteria, yogurt, 100% fruit juice, fruit juice drink thick pulp, fructose syrup, etc.

Sauce Division

On April 6, 2010, Weiquan Company and Japan KENKO Co., Ltd. jointly established Dingke Food Co., Ltd. (i.e., Sauce Division), which has two production bases in Hangzhou and Dongguan, of which the Hangzhou factory is located in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, a state-level development zone, and was officially put into operation in April 2012. Covering an area of 24,000 square meters with a monthly production capacity of 2,500 tons, the Dongguan factory is located in New Sun Industrial City, Lincun, Tangxia Town, Dongguan, which was established in August 2005, covering an area of 9,000 square meters and a monthly production capacity of 200 tons.

The Sauce Division is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of salad dressings, seasoning salads, sauces, sauces and egg products. At present, it has business offices in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong and other regions, serving East China, South China, North China and Hong Kong.

The sales targets include large chain bakery, convenience stores, fast food, Chinese and Western Japanese restaurants, and distribution/wholesale channels in various regions.
