Shenzhen Vita (Guangming) Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. Founded in August 1995, Vitasoy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Vitasoy Shanghai) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Vitasoy International Group, with a total investment of 240 million Hong Kong dollars. The company adopts the world's most advanced Tetra Pak and canned production equipment, coupled with modern management and strict quality control measures, to ensure that the products produced have excellent quality, the products not only sell well in the East China market, but also sell back to the Hong Kong market, production and sales have grown steadily year by year.
In response to the growing market demand, Vitasoy International Group Limited in Hong Kong began preparations for the construction of its third factory in Chinese mainland, Vitasoy (Foshan) Co., Ltd., in February 2010. The company is located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, a state-level high-tech industrial development zone. The company was officially opened and put into operation on October 18, 2011, with a total investment of nearly 400 million yuan, covering an area of 120 acres (i.e. 80,000 square meters). The Foshan plant is equipped with a bottle and paper packaging production line, which adopts fully automated production facilities, including the latest high-speed carton filling line, which can produce 24,000 bags per hour, and is equipped with a computerized management system. The establishment of Vitasoy Foshan will greatly increase the production capacity of Vitasoy in China to meet the needs of capacity growth in the coming years.
