Miqi was created in 1994. It is a national chain food enterprise mainly engaged in the production of moon cakes, cakes, breads, Chinese and Western pastries, and marinated products. In 2002 and 2004, two modern industrial parks in Xi'an and Harbin were established successively, using modern workshops with constant temperature, constant humidity and dustproof, introducing advanced production equipment, and taking the lead in using a 100,000-level purification system in the packaging area. The production conditions of the park have reached international standards, and have passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system and HACCP food safety management system. As the banner of the industry, Miqi has won all the gold medals of cakes, moon cakes, bread groups and individuals, the highest competition in China's baking industry, for five consecutive years, and Miqi moon cakes have won the title of "well-known national cakes" in China for five consecutive years. At present, more than 20 technicians have won the title of "National Technical Expert". In 2006, Miqi people won the "National May Day Labor Medal" awarded by the Ministry of Labor, which is the only honor won by the baking industry through technical competitions.
