Launched in 1992 in Hong Kong, PacificCoffee is a well-known chain American coffee shop brand in Hong Kong and Macao, with red, black and white colors as the main style, and became a coffee chain business under China Resources in 2010
In 1992, the founder of Pacific Coffee crossed the ocean from Seattle to Hong Kong, and was moved and inspired by the fighting spirit of Hong Kong people, hoping to provide a breathing space for tired urbanites by opening a coffee shop, and cheer them up with fragrant coffee. The first Pacific Coffee was opened at the Bank of America Building in Central, Hong Kong. In the middle of the classic circular logo is the pattern of coffee cups and coffee beans that have been used for many days, and three wisps of light smoke cleverly connect the outer red circles with the pattern, making it one. The phrase "THE PERFECT CUP" on the red circle highlights the brand's service goals. Deeply engraved on the logo, it always reminds every member of the Pacific Coffee family to "provide customers with the perfect cup of aroma anytime, anywhere". Pacific Coffee Company in italics under the red circle reveals the elegance of Chinese calligraphy. The combination of red, gold and black reflects the quality and oriental elements of the brand.
In 2010, Pacific Coffee Company became a coffee chain business under China Resources, moving its vision northward and actively expanding in the mainland, focusing on fashion and simplicity, adjusting the main colors of the brand to bright red, black and white, and the word "Company" was also removed from the trademark.
In 2015, with the growth of Pacific Coffee, the logo was officially updated to a combination of red circles and coffee cups and beans, and the red circle was replaced by "Pacific Coffee". Pacific Coffee offers more than just a perfect cup of coffee, but a richer lifestyle. "One Cup, One Thought, One World" has become Pacific Coffee's new mission.
Since its establishment, Pacific Coffee has won a number of readers' choice awards organised by major local magazines and food websites. The times are progressing and the brand is changing, but Pacific Coffee's attitude of gratitude and humility remains the same, and the concept of customer first and customer service remains unchanged.
