Cleveland, Clevelandlogo

Changshu Slison Sporting Goods Trading Co., Ltd., Cleveland, founded in 1979, is a subsidiary of Cleveland Golf Company, a golf brand company, mainly known for its clubs, especially wedges, and a pioneer in the field of innovative design in the field of golf equipment

Cleveland is an American brand company that is mainly known for its clubs, especially wedges.

The Cleveland company was founded by Roger Cleveland in 1979 under his own name. Initially, the company was engaged in the production and sale of antique cues. After several ups and downs and several changes of ownership, Cleveland Golf is now one of the world's leading club brands, and Cleveland Golf began with a reputation for making beautiful replicas of classic golf equipment from the 1940s and 1950s. The variety of golf products produced is widely used in LGPA and PGA tours. And in the field of wedges, Cleveland Golf is a well-deserved number one brand. The company's endorsers include Vijay Singh, Boo Weekley, Joe Durant, David Howell and many others.

Cleveland Golf has the following patented technologies:

Zippered grooves

Cleveland Golf's groundbreaking hollow hole is a zipper shape (a toothed square groove) that increases the capacity of each groove and provides 25% more space than the traditional arc, ensuring that the ball has enough spin to create a more detailed hitting touch for the golfer and to increase the ball control that the short game needs most.

RTG surface treatment

The RTG (Rust) finish features an oil film covering the clubhead. As the wedges are used, the surface of the head will slowly oxidize, resulting in rust. Rust spots increase the tactile feel of the club's surface, resulting in a better hitting feel and drastically reducing harsh reflections.

CMM material

Made of revolutionary carbon steel, Cleveland Golf engineers injected more carbon into carbon steel, making the new CMM (Carbon Metal Matrix) material contain 17 times more carbon than ordinary traditional carbon steel, making the material lighter and softer, and greatly improving its shock absorption ability. At the same time, due to the lighter weight of the material, engineers were able to redistribute the weight of the clubhead for a deeper and lower center of gravity.

VAS system

The VAS system used to make Cleveland Golf a name for itself in the 90s. This design absorbs unwanted vibrations from the face when the ball is hit, thus ensuring stability and a comfortable feel for the golfer.

Extremely lightweight

In addition to wedges and irons, Cleveland Golf has also broken through woods in recent years. Longer shafts and lighter overall weight are the two major design features on clubs used by most players today. In this regard, Cleveland Golf sees "longer and lighter" as the direction of future woods design. Tests have shown that a 10g reduction in overall club weight can increase ball speed by 1.6 km/h. Thanks to the use of innovative materials, Cleveland Golf has been able to create the world's lightest tee, the Launcher Ultralite XL 270. The overall weight of 270 grams is a precedent in the industry, and the response from the market shows that the concept of "extreme lightweight" of Cleveland Golf is being accepted and sought after by more and more golfers.
