Dunlop Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Group of Japan, was formally established in November 2009. The following year, SRIXON Hong Kong was established, and since then it has begun to promote and sell three brands of golf products with independent intellectual property rights in China: SRIXON, XXIO and CLEVELAND.

Based in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, the company has opened offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen and branches in Hong Kong. At the same time, in order to better respond to the rapid changes in the Asian market represented by China, Dunlop Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. established an Asian representative office in Shanghai. In 1930, Dunlop Rubber (Far East) Co., Ltd. began the production of the first golf balls and hard tennis balls in Japan, Kobe, Japan.
