iQIYI (iQIYI.COM), formerly known as QIYI, is China's No. 1 film and television portal. On April 22, 2010, Qiyi was officially launched, and on November 26, 2011, Qiyi officially announced the brand upgrade, launched the "iQiyi" brand and launched a new logo. On May 7, 2013, Baidu acquired PPS video business and merged with iQiyi.
