Founded in 1950, China Southwest Architecture Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Construction Southwest Institute) is one of the oldest state-owned Grade A architectural design institutes in China, with the most complete professionalism and large scale in the same industry, and is affiliated to China State Construction Engineering Corporation, one of the world's top 500 enterprises.
Over the past 60 years since its establishment, our institute has designed and completed nearly 10,000 engineering design tasks, with projects covering all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and more than 10 countries and regions around the world.
At present, there are more than 3,000 employees in the institute and its wholly-owned and holding companies, including more than 2,100 employees in the main design business, 65 professor-level senior architects and professor-level senior engineers, more than 450 senior architects and senior engineers, and more than 580 national first-class registered architects, first-class registered structural engineers, registered cost engineers, registered equipment engineers and registered electrical engineers. The scope of our business includes:
construction engineering, civil air defense engineering design and corresponding consulting and technical services in the construction industry; engineering design of water supply, drainage, heating, bridges, tunnels, landscape architecture, etc., and corresponding consulting and technical services for municipal public utilities; intelligent building system engineering design and corresponding consulting and technical services; engineering design and corresponding consulting and technical services for commercial and grain industry, communication towers, etc.; urban planning and design; urban design; interior and exterior decoration design; construction and public works scientific research and experimental projects; EPC contracting and project management; engineering supervision; Survey, consulting, design and supervision projects of overseas construction projects, as well as the export of equipment and materials required for these projects, and dispatch of survey, consulting, design and supervision labor personnel for the above-mentioned projects.
