Founded in 1953, Sichuan Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute (SADI) is a large-scale architectural design consulting organization that provides professional services in the field of urban construction and development. After 60 years of development, in the process of rapid development of social economy, science and technology, culture and rapid urbanization, SADI has forged ahead, reformed and innovated, brought together many professional and technical personnel, and has always taken improving the technical service ability to meet the core needs of customers as the basic goal of the enterprise.
After 60 years of resource accumulation and integration, SADI has formed three mature business segments, namely: design consulting, engineering survey, and project management. The three major sectors have complete resources and a mature operation system, which has laid the foundation for the development of a design-led EPC enterprise. At present, the company has built a large number of projects with social impact in the fields of large-scale urban complexes, education, office, hotel, commerce, tourism, gardens, large-scale residential quarters, etc., and has created a good brand.
Over the past 60 years, SADI's design team has grown and cultivated three generations of designers. At present, our professional technical team has more than 1,300 people, including more than 600 senior and intermediate engineers, 8 survey and design masters in Sichuan Province, and 19 experts with outstanding contributions to the province and experts enjoying special government allowances. Since its establishment, SADI has undertaken a large number of architectural design and consulting services, completed more than 7,000 large and medium-sized projects, involving many countries and regions at home and abroad, completed a large number of buildings of different eras and different styles, enjoyed a good social reputation, and has many strategic partners in the industry. Since 1980 Over the years, about 270 projects have won the national, ministerial and provincial and municipal excellent design awards, excellent survey awards, excellent standard design awards, major scientific and technological achievements and scientific and technological progress awards, and the quality management system meets the GB/T19001-2008 standard.
