Listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 January 2011, Baofeng Fashion International Holdings Limited (HK01121) is a leading brand and manufacturer of slippers, sandals and casual shoe covers in China. According to Frost & Sullivan's market research, the Group was "the largest exporter of loafers in China in 2011" and "the No. 1 seller of its own brand of fashion loafers in China in 2011 (including brands of multinational conglomerates)".

In 2005, Baofeng Fashion was approved to establish the only provincial research center for slippers in China, and in 2008, the Chinese EVA sandal industry standard drafted by Baofeng Fashion was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and officially promulgated and implemented in September of that year. After more than 20 years of development, Baofeng Fashion has won more than 20 honorary titles such as United Nations Procurement Supplier and Expo Chartered Product Quality Award, and has won the global market with its fashionable design and excellent quality.

The Baofeng brand focuses on the home life slipper market, based on promoting the upgrading of China's home life slipper market. In 2015, Baofeng Fashion will launch an O2O business model with independent intellectual property rights, relying on all Baoren physical stores to carry out modular operation of Baoren products.
