CIBES is not much different from Retco as a whole, and it is also a screw elevator manufacturer from Sweden. Compared with Ruitke, Cibes has been in the Chinese market for a longer time, and the market share of screw elevators is higher, and many people know about screw elevators from the brand.
In 2015, Cibes established an investment company in Shanghai, and in 2018, it established a facility factory in Jiaxing integrating logistics, procurement and assembly, and R&D center. Due to cost and other factors, the screw elevator of Cibes has gradually changed from full import to "imported production in China", and consumers who have the pursuit of imported elevators can require complete import certificates when purchasing and signing contracts. In terms of products, Cibes has a lower price than Ratco, and it is not positioned as a high-end product like Ratco S series.
Cibes Elevator adopts the European household elevator standard, and the products have passed the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC certification, and currently there are three series: V70, V80 and V90. Each collection is available in Elegant, Fashion, and Interstellar Editions, corresponding to different decoration preferences of simplicity, economy and fashion, and luxury personality.
All three series of Cibes can be installed in widths as low as 900 mm. In terms of safety functions, the equipped Sibes control system can be connected to the Internet of Things system to detect faults in time and warn of low battery power in advance. The difference is that the V70 is suitable for families with existing elevator shafts, and the V80 and V90 come with an integrated hoistway, and the panoramic glass sightseeing hoistway can be customized, but the V80 is a platform type, while the V90 is a car type.
The price of Cibes elevator is not as good as that of Ruitek, but the average price is about 300,000, which is still higher than the vast majority of traction home elevators. In the past few years, Cibes has continued to grow in the field of home elevators in China, and has now invested in experience showrooms and service centers in many cities in China. In 2021, Cibes announced that it would provide users with "five-year warranty, five-year maintenance, and ten-year warranty for main components", which is a newly implemented standard that exceeds the average level of the home elevator industry.
