KNX is a subsidiary of Shanghai KNEXA Talent Service Co., Ltd., which originated from Shanghai Runjie Enterprise Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd., which was established in 2001. From 2002 to 2008, branches were set up in Guangzhou, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other places. With the rapid development of our position in the industry, we have rapidly improved, and in 2005, we began to become the vice president unit of Shanghai Human Resources Industry Association.
In 2008, Runjie established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Kenexa, and then sold part of the shares of Shanghai Kenexa to KENEXA of the United States, and then established a joint venture. In 2012, in view of the acquisition of KENEXA by IBM, Runjie immediately wholly acquired all the shares of KENEXA in Shanghai Kenexa. At this point, Kenexa began to operate independently.
After independence, Kenexa continued to maintain a rapid development momentum, establishing a software R&D center and a research institute in 2013, and setting up a western headquarters in Chengdu in 2014. In the same year, Kenexa completed the shareholding system reform and was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In 2015, Kenexa completed Series A and B1 rounds of financing.
At present, Kenexa has more than 400 employees in Chinese mainland, distributed in 10 cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Nanjing, Changsha, Foshan and Yantai, and its business radiates across the country.
