Founded in 1994, it started with the production and distribution of domestic original music, and was the first large-scale enterprise to introduce the international music brand Grammy music album to be released simultaneously in China and around the world

Beijing Jingwen Record Communication Co., Ltd. (formerly known as: Beijing Jingwen Audio-visual Company, Beijing Jingwen Record Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1994.

Jingwen Records started with the production and distribution of domestic original music, promoted the development of Chinese cultural undertakings, disseminated the essence of human art, and enriched people's lives with the best cultural content as its core purpose. For more than ten years, most of the important works of outstanding artists in China have been released by Jingwen, and many popular singers who have attracted much attention have also started from Jingwen. Among them, there are not only representatives of the pop music scene such as Diao Han, Xuecun, Long Kuan Jiudan, Chen Ming, Guo Feng, Zang Tianshuo, Sanbao, Na Ying, Mao Amin, Han Hong, Liu Huan, but also Cui Jian, Tang Dynasty, Zero, No. 43 Baojia Street, Xie Tianxiao, Skinny, Hua'er and other legendary bands in Chinese mainland. With its efficient and stable distribution and sales network and publicity channels covering the whole country, Jingwen has become recognized as the "distribution hub of China's original music". "Howl Records", "Crystal Records", "Dragon's Voice" and other domestic original music brands with high reputation, and Jingwen has also accumulated more than 1,000 copyright works.

In the introduction of foreign advanced culture and excellent music products, Jingwen took the lead in introducing the international music brand "GRAMMY" Grammy music album into the domestic and global simultaneous distribution in early 96, and then Jingwen successively introduced and released the "NOW" series, "MAX" series, "Lincoln Park", "Enya", "Norah Jones" and other excellent European and American music, "European and American fine music" became the company's distribution label.

In order to disseminate popular science knowledge and the essence of human art, Jingwen introduced the world's best popular science brands such as "DISCOVERY", "National Geographic" and the American "History Channel" in 2000, and the sales of a store reached 140,000 yuan on the same day, creating a miracle of daily sales of a single brand, and also setting off a sensational upsurge of popular science programs across the country.

In 04, Jingwen signed a contract with EMI Records and acted as an agent for the exclusive distribution rights of EMI classical music in Chinese mainland.

In the introduction of so many international excellent cultural and music programs, Jingwen has benefited from the cooperation and support of international big-name and well-known record companies, and we have successively carried out very friendly cooperation with EMI, Warner, BMG, Sony, Universal and other international advanced companies, and we are also very grateful to our country's cultural management department for the support of the introduction of these excellent programs.

In the past ten years of growth and development, Jingwen has successfully explored a multi-channel industrial operation chain from copyright trade, artist economy, music production, brand marketing to market distribution.
