Guanyinqiao business district

Guanyinqiao business district is located in the center of Jiangbei District, with a superior geographical location, 15 minutes' drive to Jiangbei Airport, Longtousi Railway Station, Chongqing Railway Station, Chaotianmen Port and Cuntan International Container Terminal. The business district has super agglomeration function and transportation advantages, and is the second landmark business district in Chongqing after the Jiefangbei business district that can radiate the whole city.

The Guanyinqiao business district is centered on the Guanyinqiao turntable, and the new east, south, west and north roads are built from which they diverge outward. The business district is positioned as an "urban tourism area", with not only a number of shopping malls in the area, but also the open Guanyinqiao Square, Jialing Park and a series of supporting cultural tourism and commercial pedestrian streets, which was awarded the title of AAAA-level tourist attraction promulgated by the state in 2016.

Similar to the Liberation Monument, the Guanyinqiao business district also gathers a number of new and old commercial projects. New Century Department Store, Far Eastern Department Store, Darong City, Longhu Beicheng Tianjie and Xingguang 68 Square are built around Guanyinqiao Square, where customers can buy high, medium and low-end brands that customers are familiar with. Chongqing's largest night market, "Buye Nine Street", is located in the northeast area of the business district, and has opened a number of formats such as restaurants, bars, bars, and nightclubs, which is suitable for young consumers who pursue trendy and cool.

Longhu Beicheng Heavenly Street

Opened in 2003, Beicheng Tianjie is the first Tianjie project built by Longfor Real Estate Group in Chongqing. In 2004, the Jiangbei District Government of Chongqing named the core pedestrian street of Guanyinqiao business district "Beicheng Tianjie", setting a precedent in the country for naming the entire urban commercial pedestrian street after a shopping mall. At present, the construction area of Beicheng Tianjie is about 140,000 square meters, consisting of a number of buildings and a 400-meter-long commercial pedestrian street, with 3 leisure landscape squares, 1 large life supermarket, 1 main department store, 1 UME cinema, covering more than 300 brand stores.
