In general, the farmhouse attracts diners only with its down-to-earth and delicious farmhouse dishes. However, the Xiwan Tubazao, located in the Wangshan Scenic Area, took out the "Tubazao" as its own gatekeeper. This off-the-beat approach has not only won the attention of many older customers, but also attracted the attention of many gastronomic media, making the restaurant famous and popular.

The "earth eight stoves" mentioned in the restaurant are actually primitive farmhouse stoves. All dishes are made with a firewood fire and an iron pot on a stove, and are said to have the smell of fireworks (鑊qi) that lingers on the palate.
