The top five restaurants on this list only serve no more than 10 dim sum items a day, and Shang Palace's dim sum list can be described as "extraordinarily rich". It only opens at 12 noon on weekdays and ends at 2:30 p.m.; However, on weekends and holidays, we serve customers from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., and the meal time is two hours longer. Shang Palace has three classic dim sum dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. Shang Palace fresh shrimp dumplings in a cage of four, full and crystal prawn dumplings, in the middle is a mini dumpling, the shape is pleasing. The black truffle snail siu mai is very special, it is rare to use snail meat to make siu mai, this dim sum tastes like snail meat, and the taste is very chic. The red pomegranate ball has a hint of green and red on the top, the skin is moderately smoky, and the mushroom stuffing inside is very fragrant.

Shang Palace's soup dumplings and fried food are also well done. If you like soup and water, you can choose abalone and seafood soup dumplings and pepper fish soup fish skin dumplings, the former soup is fresh and sweet, and the original taste; The latter is spicy and rich, stimulates the taste buds and whets the appetite. The door number of the Shang Palace is bright red and atmospheric, and the combination of palace red and gilt gold is the same as that of the summer palace, which is very magnificent in the Tang and Song dynasties. Golden phoenix carved screens and bird lanterns add color to the antique hall. At lunchtime, the attendance rate was 80%. The waiter is friendly and courteous, and can respond to the needs of guests in a timely manner.
