Huanshi East Road business district
More than ten years ago, the area around Huanshi East Road was the core shopping district of Guangzhou, and Park Inn by Radisson Plaza and Friendship Store made its status as a high-end shopping district unshakable. It is the head office of Guangzhou Friendship Store, which has been established for nearly 40 years. It is now connected to Park Inn, perhaps because there are fewer food and beverage outlets in Park Inn, and restaurants such as Guangzhou Restaurant, BRIO and Green Pavilion in the Friendship Store are more popular. The positioning of the Huanshi East Store and the Zhengjia Store is similar, and there is no shortage of internationally renowned brands for clothing and accessories, as well as lady-level beauty brands such as Helena and SkinKey. Most of the main consumers are middle-class people, and there are often preferential activities such as UnionPay on weekends in 2017, and the flow of people is large. After the renovation of the mall, shopping is much more comfortable, and the plaza at the main entrance will be regularly changed.
