In 2008, the parents of Zhao Bing, a native of Xi'an, opened this store in the Gulou Community of Zhuzhi City. Because of its excellent taste and insistence on handmade, it has gradually accumulated popularity. Seven years later, Zhao Bing resigned from a key position in a state-owned enterprise to assist his parents in running the store, which made the business prosperous.

Zhao Ji's pie is a pastry food, with a small and round appearance, and is mostly eaten as refreshments. In terms of production, mung beans need to be soaked, steamed, peeled, milled and other processes, and can only be filled after being sandy and golden brown. The crust is composed of leather and oil, the skin is crusted and the oil is crispy, and the two complement each other. The mung bean pie out of the pot is bright in color, soft and not greasy on the outside, soft and glutinous on the inside, but the taste is slightly dry, and the flavor is best with the apricot tea and fruit tea in the store. In addition, there are also hawthorn and black sesame flavoured pies, the former is sweet and sour, and the latter is rich and mellow, each with its own flavor. It should be noted that black sesame pies generally need to be ordered one day in advance, and they are not available for purchase on the same day, and each person is limited to 20 pies.

Zhao Kee's store consists of two parts: on the left is the pie production workshop, where you can see the basic process of making pies from the door; On the right is the purchase area, where there are several chairs for diners to sit in addition to the cash register. Business at the store is quite hot, and the queue can stretch for tens of meters from the store's door, which lasts for a long time, so be careful when you get there. The price of each pie varies between 1-2 yuan depending on the filling.
