Longshou Village Night Market used to be a major business card of night snacks in the northern suburbs, and hundreds of food stalls were set up along the street at night, and the scene was quite lively. In October 2016, the night market was banned by the chengguan, and most of the stalls were scattered, leaving only some of the stalls scattered around the surrounding streets, including Haicheng pie, a well-known stall in the night market. At the beginning of 2018, the pie stall owner switched to selling a relatively simple snack meat and egg burger to spare his energy to take care of his children.

Meat and egg burgers are mostly found in North China and Northeast China, and are known for their low prices and crispy taste. When making, pour the prepared batter into the baking utensils, wait for the batter to swell, add the meat filling and eggs to bake, and then flip it over and place it on another piece of batter to form a "hamburger" shape and continue to bake until the batter is completely solidified, brush with sweet noodle sauce and serve. The solid ingredients are the key to the stall's fame: bite into the crispy skin of the egg burger, you can see the full gravy and meat filling, the meat is fragrant, salty and delicious. At present, the stall offers two flavors of egg burgers, pork and beef, and sour plum soup is also sold.

After the change of banner, the egg burger stall is quite low-key, without the fame of "Haicheng pie" publicity, and the stall address is moved to the entrance of the Yonghe Road Zhongbei Comprehensive Market near the original site of the night market, and few familiar customers know that the price of each egg burger is between 6-8 yuan. According to the stall owner, the operation of the pie may resume soon, but there is no exact timetable.
