Deeer Café translates to "Fawn Coffee", and the logo of the store is a deer with an orange silhouette looking up and chirping. Deeer Café has been operating near Yingpan Road in Yuelu District since 2013 and is one of the first self-baking boutique cafes in Changsha. At the beginning of 2019, Deeer Café was relocated to the compound of the Provincial Exhibition Center, and the old store was newly opened.
In Changsha's specialty coffee circles, everyone calls the owner of Deeer Café "Mr. Yun". Deeer Café purchases green coffee beans and roasts them home, and specialty coffee beans from Yirgacheffe, Costa Rica, Kenya and other specialties are endowed with an exclusive flavor from their own roasting. Not only that, the owner, Mr. Yun, has an experimental spirit for coffee, has unique insights into coffee roasting, and likes to try different roasting degrees. A considerable number of coffee beans in the store choose light roast coffee beans with a short shelf life, and the hand-poured items made by light roasted beans often have bright fruit acids, and the taste is very pure.
After the relocation, Deeer Café is still in the stage of adjustment and adaptation of the new store. The decoration style of the new store is also the popular Nordic minimalist style, the coffee equipment is renewed, and the packaged coffee can enjoy a five-yuan discount.
