The owners are two science and engineering men with material science and design backgrounds, and Lu Guang Coffee is from their own design. The shop is located on the second floor of the northeast corner of Labor Square at the south entrance, and needs to be accessed through a narrow staircase, and the location is very hidden, even so, there is an endless stream of diners who come to check in every day.
Although the name of the store is derived from the word "bizarre", its style is very different from that of bizarre. The store uses a lot of white, including the floor, walls, and ceiling, all of which are pure white, with wooden beams, tables, chairs, and brackets as lines to outline the space and layering, with bright yellow lighting to increase the sense of space transparency. Different from ordinary coffee shops, Luguang Coffee sets up tables and chairs in windows, walls, and bars, leaving the middle part empty, making the indoor space of more than 100 square meters very empty.

Most of the "moving bookstores" are unpopular and niche old books, and there are only a few on the stands. On the side of the corridor there is also the "Exhibition Shop" area, which occasionally exhibits the work of independent designers, or utensils or records or photographs.
Pour-over coffee, espresso, coffee-free drinks are available, and desserts are not served. There are more than 10 types of pour-over single coffee beans, and there is a special pour-over bar, where diners can experience the whole process of specialty coffee from grinding to brewing. The baristas in the store are happy to exchange coffee ideas with customers, and the atmosphere of communication is very harmonious. With its unique design space, Luguang Coffee naturally attracts many people to check in and take pictures, especially on weekends, when the store is overcrowded, and it is a bit difficult to drink a cup of coffee quietly.
