Yihua is one of the hottest family restaurants in Changsha recently, with a total of only 10 tables and crowds of people waiting at the door and courtyard. Many food media have called Yihua "the fly restaurant that best represents the taste of Changsha", but this is an exaggeration. Whether it is the cuisine and environment, Yihua is slightly inferior to old restaurants such as Brother Lu and Juanjuan.

The cold water spinach has had zero negative reviews over the years, and the blanched water spinach has a crisp texture, and with the addition of sauce, garlic and sesame oil, a simple vegetable becomes rich. Yellow duck is called boiled poached egg is also a feature of the store, yellow duck is called yellow catfish, and many areas are also called yellow spicy dice, its meat is rich in fat, no intermuscular spines. Yihua boiled the yellow duck with pickled peppers, then added a large amount of perilla and onions to remove the fishy fragrance, and fried until the poached eggs were golden and soaked in red oil. Yihua is located in an old alley, which was converted from a private house. The inside and outside of the restaurant are old, the cleaning is not timely enough, and the hygiene is worrying, so diners who come to dine should not have expectations for the environment. Also, due to the congestion in the surrounding area, it is best not to go by car.

Changsha has many fly restaurants, and there are not a few family restaurants like Yihua that have been converted from residential houses. Located around the Osmanthus Garden, Building 15 of the Reservoir is also a popular family restaurant recently, and the owner's braised water fish, braised osmanthus fish, garlic pork ribs and steamed pork with fermented bean curd have won a lot of praise, and those who are interested can go to taste it.
