The proprietress of Juanjuan's restaurant was originally a kindergarten teacher, and opened her own restaurant after the dissolution of the restaurant in 1991. Eating in Juanjuan, the most talked about by diners is the order link of the proprietress of the restaurant, a standard Changsha dialect is endless, and recommended dishes or daily fresh dishes are always at your fingertips. The proprietress is quite skilled in controlling the number of diners and the number of dishes, and often interrupts when diners order, suggesting that they will not order again after eating. Over time, the proprietress got the title of "Spicy Lipo" (the Changsha dialect term for spicy and capable women) from the mouths of regular customers, and Juanjuan also became a well-known home-cooked restaurant.

Delicious sea bass is available in limited quantities every day, and the sea bass has few bones to eat, and after steaming with yellow bell peppers, the aroma of the peppers melts into the fish, which is tender and slightly spicy, and it is particularly refreshing to eat. The salted egg yolk pot is freshly fried, and each piece of the pot is wrapped in the salty aroma of egg yolk and has a crispy taste. On the whole, although Juanjuan's dishes are just home-cooked dishes and the taste is not outstanding, most of them can be called delicious.

Juanjuan moved from Wenyun Street to Nanyang Street in 2016, and the new store is several times larger than the old store, and the store has also set up a private room area to meet the needs of daily banquets. The restaurant is surrounded by heavy traffic and parking is inconvenient, so it is not recommended to drive there.
