"Baekding" means "commoner" in Korean, and Baekding barbecue is positioned as a barbecue restaurant with affordable prices. However, due to the low overall consumption level in Changsha, looking at all the Korean barbecue restaurants in Changsha, Jiang Hudong Baiding barbecue belongs to the first grade with a high average price per person.

As a chain brand, Baiding barbecue is highly consistent from decoration to the price of dishes. At the entrance of the store, there is a striking Jiang Hudong human-shaped stand, which fully highlights Jiang Hudong's honest and playful image. The big screen in the store also shows video clips of Kang Ho-dong or music videos of Korean fashion groups.
