The coffee beans served at Taste Cafe's Utopia Concept Store are all home-roasted beans from Taste's coffee roasting lab. The roasting laboratory is located in the store, and customers can see three roasting machines in the store, and the roasting experience of coffee beans is more intuitive. In addition to regular milk coffee, the store also supplies four to five single product coffee beans every day, which can be used as SOE or single products. SOE is an espresso made from a single coffee bean, with a distinct regional character and flavor, which is very different from the balance and completeness of blended beans. There are two brewing options: siphon and hand poured. The hand-poured can also enjoy the barista's table service, and the coffee experience is complete.
Flower Butterfly and Gu Ji Red are the two signature coffee beans in Taste café, of which Gu Ji Red once monopolized the Chongqing market. The SOE made with Gu Ji Red has a sweet cherry aftertaste, and the long taste with milk foam is added, and the overall flavor is good. As a new upstart in Panamanian specialty coffee, Flower Butterfly is special in that it is a blend of three varieties of coffee trees: Geisha, Cadulla and Caduai, and the harvest is also directly mixed.
