As a specialty coffee experience center, Sweet Coffee is one of the must-visit boutique cafes in Chongqing. Sweet Coffee's name reverses the conventional concept of bitterness and defines coffee as "sweet", aiming to convey the purpose of "coffee is actually sweet" to diners. Sweetness plays an important role in the tasting of coffee flavors, and different coffee beans, processing methods, and roasting methods can affect the sweetness of coffee. In Chongqing, you can taste sweet coffee without milk and sugar, and Sweet Coffee must be the first choice.

At Sweet Coffee, coffee lovers can get up close and personal with the whole process of coffee from green bean to drink. Sweet Coffee consists of four parts: a catering area, a hand-poured experience area, a baking area and a competition simulation area. There are two to three roasters in the roasting area, and all the coffee beans served in the store are self-roasted. The competition simulation area simulates the bar of the World Barista Competition for professional learners to practice. The pour-over area is available for members to experience self-pour coffee. The baristas in Sweet Coffee are all certified as professional baristas, and have barista and roaster level and level 2 trainer and examiner certificates issued by SCAE and other international coffee institutions. Baristas are happy to educate guests about coffee and take coffee lovers on a tour of the roasting area and the competition simulation area.

Currently, Sweet Coffee only serves Italian and pour-over coffee, no desserts. Italian beans are generally blended, and SOE is not regularly supplied depending on the condition of the beans at the store. There are two extraction options, V60 and Smart Cup, and it is worth mentioning that the pour-over coffee in the store can be served by the barista pushing the food cart to the table, explaining the origin and flavor of the brewed beans while brewing the coffee. The single beans in the store are updated regularly, and the freshness of the freshly baked beans is maintained for about 10 to 15 days. Sweet Coffee's self-roasted coffee beans are available for retail sale, and they offer a service of grinding beans to make hanging ear bags.

Sweet Coffee's store is located upstairs in Daping Vanke Markham New Star Cinema, with no obvious façade and very hidden. The atmosphere in the store is relatively ordinary, with few customers, and the main customer flow is members who participate in coffee training. The trading company to which Sweet Coffee belongs is currently preparing a roasting plant, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

In addition, N Coffee Station is a new store opened by Sweet Coffee, which is completely different from Sweet Coffee, and is a trendy experiential takeaway restaurant. N Coffee Station is based on the concept of a human gas station, and the drinks are turned off by oil number, No. 92 is traditional coffee, No. 95 is freshly squeezed juice series, and No. 98 is hand-poured series. The coffee beans served at N Coffee Station are all from Sweet Coffee, and the creative coffee is also from the hands of Sweet Coffee baristas. Compared with Sweet Coffee, the new store N Coffee Station has a business model that attracts younger customers, and the range of drinks to choose from is also more diverse, and the experience is special.
