The founder, Mr. Yang Minghong, is fond of the novel "Yang Jiajiang", and the name of the store comes from the allusion of Yang Liulang guarding the three passes in the book. The environmental decoration of the hot pot restaurant is also restored to the ancient style, the gate is stacked with gray bricks to form the ancient city gate style, and the dining area is a gray brick and hollow wooden structure, which is full of traditional Chinese charm inside and outside.

The bottom of the red soup pot in Zhensanguan is stir-fried with Shizhu chili, Maoxian pepper and butter.
