What's more, the menu is not static, and the chefs are always able to create innovative dishes under the leadership of the owner. Located in Chengdu, Fuji still can't avoid the regional word "hot pot", and the restaurant often launches special hot pot with nourishing and mutton soup base in winter, and also launches seasonal hairy crabs in autumn.

The daily catering revolves around Sichuan cuisine, and after more than a year of improvement, Fuji Restaurant has formed a new style of Sichuan cuisine with its own characteristics. Puff pastry chicken is widely acclaimed, with Western characteristics on the outside, and dry ice is added to enhance the visual effect, but the inside is verified to be chicken nuggets and potatoes, and the flavor is similar to Sichuan cuisine, with a slightly salty flavor and a spicy flavor that is not very obvious. Afternoon tea is served from 13:00 to 16:00, and common desserts such as lemon mousse and yogurt cheese are served until the evening.

Wine is also an important element of a music restaurant, and it is closely associated with wine. The restaurant is the venue of the opening ceremony of the 8th China Chengdu International Wine Festival, and with the preferential projects launched from time to time, its table wine sales momentum is still unabated after the event, setting a sales record of thousands of bottles sold per month, which has caused a lot of repercussions in the industry. At the end of 2017, the restaurant added a new cocktail section, and its sommelier Cyril was certified to work and is quite accomplished in spirits. "Secret" is based on gin; "Aromatherapy Havana" is derived from rum; "Roselle" and "Turkish Sunset" are sweet and fruity, respectively, and are suitable for women. These four items are unique and can be tasted on the second floor of the restaurant.

During the festive season, Fuji Music Restaurant is always full of surprises. Christmas, New Year's Day and other "traditional pub festivals" often have magic tricks to cheer up; Singles' Day will hold a bachelorette party; On a Children's Day, a special session of popular songs from the 1980s to the 2000s was also launched, which helped the audience recall their childhood and received a good response.

Fuji has always shown ingenuity in menu innovation and management, and the grassroots service staff are agile and flexible, but there are still flaws in the management of the restaurant. Slow to serve during peak hours, desserts are sometimes refrigerated and have a poor taste, and the main meal section presents an overall shortcoming, compared to the "appetizers" such as barbecue.
