However, diners don't approve of all design aspects, and outdoor flower areas are clearly more popular. The founder claimed that the store decoration cost was more than 4 million, and the flowers in the store were also changed every 2 weeks, which was definitely a value-for-money environmental experience. Local diners may be reminded of the flower-filled Tingxiang restaurant in the narrow alley, which actually has the same founder as Hua Zui, and both restaurants are the owner's ingenious attempts to create a space for women to eat.
Whether you're obsessed with music or not, Flower Drunk is a great place to go on a date. At 19:30, 20:30 and 21:30 every night, the restaurant will arrange three singing performances, and each group of bands (singers) will perform for 30 minutes, and the rest of the interval time will be interspersed with online music. Therefore, the restaurant is not always immersed in a noisy state, and compared with other music restaurants, Huadrunk is more suitable for communication. Musical performances are not the core element of the show, but the artist's repertoire covers a wide range of genres, no matter what the diner's preference holds. According to the store's marketing plan, the singers in the 21:30 show are the most powerful, and some singers were selected as the "Nicholas Tse Team" of "The Voice of China".
In contrast, the flower drunk dish is a bit thin. The owner changed the cutlery at least in early 2018, but the presentation was still not amazing, and the style of the meal was close to that of the new Sichuan cuisine, but there were no creative elements such as dry ice to set the mood. In addition, in the 5 years since the establishment of the brand, the iteration of Huazui cuisine is not obvious, and compared with the restaurant and bar of Jiuyanqiao, Huazui seems plain and conservative. The peach blossom eel is salty and spicy, the eel is delicious and fat, and the lotus root and salt bamboo shoots are the side dishes, which are sour and crisp, and most customers are satisfied with this. Qingshui fish (spicy flavor) and rabbit flavor are inferior to high-quality Sichuan restaurants, but measured by the level of Chengdu music restaurants, the level of their meals is not easy.
For southern diners who are accustomed to a light diet, the flavor of flower drunkenness is generally salty. Try mint cowboy bones, which can slightly neutralize the salty and spicy flavors, but the bigger selling point is that the mint comes from a patio potted plant, which keeps the mint fresh, but also makes the mint flavor less stable.
