In addition, compared with other music restaurants in Chengdu, the proprietor of Wind and Charcoal is also extremely lacking in literary feelings, and the restaurant belongs to the Grand Hyatt Qunguang Hotel.

Grand Hyatt Chengdu is the Group's first business hotel in Southwest China, with a flagship halo. The interior of the hotel is designed by the Ji Yu Tong Design Association in New York, and the wind and charcoal are not the key areas in the design plan, but the decoration style is in line with the style of the hotel, and its tables and chairs are all wooden, full of Chinese elements. Due to its location on the 15th floor of the hotel's terrace, the environment is relatively open, with a good view and no redundant decorative elements. There are more seats for 2-4 people, and the long table can accommodate a business team of 14 people.

As the name suggests, Wind & Charcoal mainly produces barbecue dishes, relying on the hotel's logistics chain, its ingredients are superior and the quality is very stable. Beef skewers are one of the restaurant's finest dishes, made from 300-day-old Angus beef eye, which is not as good as the hotel's 16th-floor steakhouse, but the skewers still bring a good taste experience, and the dishes are served with black peppers, which are light compared to traditional Sichuan dishes, and are worth a try. Black pork ribs are said to have been imported from Spain, and the meat is marinated in pickled peppers, slightly sour and spicy, and comes with three long ribs per meal.

In addition to livestock, the restaurant also has marine products. Oysters are obviously the first choice, and Wind & Charcoal opts for the traditional garlic recipe, which is reminiscent of the night market barbecue stalls in the old alleys, with the difference that the oysters are larger and fresher. In addition, there are prawns, scallops, and squid to choose from in the aquatic sector, which is not rich, but absolutely excellent. The dishes of Qunguang Grand Hyatt are all Sichuan and Chongqing characteristics, and the wind and charcoal are no exception, and the store offers Sichuan-style marinated and spicy chicken heart and rabbit head, which are lighter than those of the street shops, and the roasted eggplant and corn bring more market atmosphere.

In the wine section, draft beers are the best, with a total of 8 types in total, including home-brewed beers. The price of a single cup of draft beer is about 40 yuan, and the tower is close to 400 yuan. The service quality of Wind & Charcoal is better than that of ordinary music restaurants, and the service staff responds quickly, but the performance is less than perfect when the environment is noisy.
