Founded in 2016, Hemu Barbecue Restaurant is one of the well-known Internet celebrity restaurants in Chengdu.

Instead of the Korean restaurant's signature smoke extractor box, the restaurant uses the same smoke extraction system as the stove itself, and the smoke absorption rate is high. The stove is heated by electricity, and it lacks a bit of Korean flavor. There is only one type of baking tray in the store, and it is slightly more difficult for diners to bake their own. In addition, Hemu replaces the replacement of the baking tray by replacing the barbecue paper, and the degree of hygiene is guaranteed. It is recommended that diners ask the waiter to grill the meat on their behalf, not only will the dishes be more stable and reliable, but the barbecue paper can also be replaced in time.

Usanga is a literal transliteration of the Korean word for "pork belly beef", which is a dish obtained by cutting the beef brisket in reverse along the texture. Wamaki's seasoning Usange is marinated beforehand, and the thin slices of meat are filled with the aroma of the sauce. The Usange grilled on the baking tray slowly shrinks, and the mouth is sweet but not greasy, and the beef melts in the mouth after a little chewing.
