Taichu Cuisine - Merchant Reviews

Taichu Cuisine is a new high-end Japanese restaurant in Chengdu, opened in April 2018, located in Yintai Shopping Mall in Chengdu High-tech Zone. Taichu Cuisine, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Taichu Catering Holdings, has been making rapid efforts since its opening, employing a design team to create a high-end Japanese restaurant environment with selected ingredients at no cost.

Taichu Cuisine currently flies in the store every week with ingredients such as Australian live abalone, Australian lobster, Girarardo oyster, Kichiji, alfonsino, etc. In order to satisfy diners' curiosity about the process of making Japanese food, there is also a counter in the private room where the chef can "perform his skills on the spot". Taichu cuisine has a set meal, and the process is similar to kaiseki cuisine. At the same time, it can also be a la carte, and the price of regular dishes is relatively reasonable. Because it is still in the stage of accumulating word-of-mouth in new stores, Taichu's production in ingredients and flavors is worthy of recognition. In addition, Taichu is more attentive in terms of details, the tableware is quite good-looking, and the presentation is exquisite, which is deeply popular.

Taichu cuisine uses the original color of wood as the main color to create the overall space, and the interior is all tatami mats, and slippers are required to enter the door. Compared with some so-called Japanese restaurants in Chengdu with excellent environments and shoe covers, at least Taichu makes people one step closer to Japanese food in terms of ritual. Covering an area of 600 square meters, Taichu Cuisine Restaurant has a total of 20 private rooms to meet the needs of different diners. Diners should also be reminded that Taichu Cuisine will also charge a 10% service charge at checkout.
