Although the poems are beautiful, the real Wuyi Lane and the former residences of Wang and Xie have long ceased to exist. After the restoration of the alley, you can still see the new "Wuyi Lane" three big characters, the memorial hall side of the storefront has been occupied by folk handicrafts, and there is not much difference from all the scenic spots in the country. Naturally, the memorial hall is not a real old residence, but a newly built antique building, which contains relevant introductions to Wang Dao and Xie An's family.
Not far from Wuyi Lane is the former residence of Li Xiangjun. The former residence of Li Xiangjun, also known as Meixianglou, is a three-in-two-courtyard house, which is a place of style on the bank of the Qinhuai River in ancient times. Li Xiangjun is one of the "Eight Uniques of Qinhuai" (eight talented prostitutes on the banks of the Qinhuai River in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties), and Meixianglou is where she once lived. The former residence is backed by the Qinhuai River, with blue bricks and small tiles, cloisters hanging down, and lattice windows, all showing the living style of the south of the Yangtze River in the past, and the river hall and water gate inside are also the only ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing dynasties preserved on both sides of the Qinhuai River. Upstairs, the furnishings of the old days of famous prostitutes have been restored, and visitors can also enter and visit.
