The shape of the potsticker resembles a crescent moon, the skin is thin and yellow, the meat filling is in a ball and does not disperse, and the soup in the filling is rich. Potstickers are slightly oily, and eaten with beef broth or beef wontons to relieve greasyness. The beef wontons are small and plump, the soup is light, and the wontons are delicious. The food is served quickly, but it is difficult to guarantee the product. The pot sticker meat filling is salty and light, and occasionally it is out of the pot if it is not fully cooked, and the skin is soft but not brittle after cooling, and the stability of the product is poor.
Although Jiang Youji was founded by Jiang Youcai, the name of the store was once occupied. After years of trademark protection, the store located next to the Gongyuan of Confucius Temple was forced to change its name, and the descendants of the Jiang family finally regained the name of the store and set up another portal, and the manager was Jiang Yuyou, the grandson of Jiang Youcai. After the change of ownership, Jiang Youji's head office opened on Qinhong Road and had a branch in Laomendong. Laomen East Store is mainly for tourist business, with a total of two floors, the first floor is a snack stall, and the second floor is mainly fried vegetables. There is a spicy tripe monopoly window on one side of the store, and the tripe star anise flavor is too strong, and the taste is not good, so it is not recommended to buy. The dishes of the two restaurants are slightly different, but the taste is not satisfactory, so there is no need to go to the main store.
