Longyin Mountain House was opened in 2016, and in just a few years, it has gained a firm foothold in Nanjing's private cuisine industry, and was rated as "Black Pearl Nanjing One Diamond Restaurant" in 2019. Although the restaurant belongs to the same company as the Huaiyang restaurant chain of small chefs in various shopping malls in Nanjing, the style orientation of the two is completely different. The Ji Shi sisters, the catering managers of Little Chef Niang, want to build Longyin Mountain House into a high-end Chinese restaurant and tea room that integrates meditation, self-cultivation and tea tasting, so the environment and the taste of food are equally important. For this reason, Longyin Mountain House is far away from the city and settles in the Qinglong Mountain Resort.

The restaurant is located in an excellent geographical environment, deep in the mountains, along the corner of the lake. The lake scenery is beautiful and elegant, a red maple tree is planted in the center of the lake, and a pavilion is set up by the lake, which is the "pool atrium" and "water tree". The design of the restaurant is designed by Gu Yi, a famous architect in Africa, with a light and elegant style. He integrates the interior space with the natural landscape, using all kinds of wood and bamboo equipment, and the decoration is also simplified, leaving a lot of blank space, and the style returns to naturalization. Bamboo curtains are used instead of walls to enhance the connectivity of the rooms, which is visually quite hazy and beautiful, but less private.

Longyin Mountain House adopts a reservation package system, which is divided into only two types and is priced per capita. The set menu is served in the order of "starter-main course-dessert", and the three are different in cold cuts, main course and sashimi, but the rest of the dishes are the same, and the choice is low. The store advocates "not eating from time to time", and the selection of ingredients pays attention to the seasonality, and mostly follows the 24 solar terms. In the main meal, the volcanic rock fried beef short ribs and the Chinese sauce veal also have seasonal characteristics in taste, the fried beef short ribs are more compatible with spring and summer, the lard is burned and soaked in the iron plate and fragrant, the beef short ribs are thin, slightly fried on both sides, and the taste is delicious. Veal in autumn and winter sauce is suitable for simmering the beef until it is soft and rotten with a thick sauce, and the taste is heavier. The restaurant wants to carry forward fusion dishes, such as black truffle river shrimp, fried tofu with abalone sauce, almond protein tea, etc., all of which are innovative dishes, but the creativity is insufficient, the ideas are conservative, and the transformation of the dishes is superficial, and it is difficult to have a bright feeling.

Longyin Mountain House pays attention to plating, the dishes are exquisitely shaped, and the portions are small. The restaurant service is intimate and meticulous, but the knowledge of the in-store cuisine is insufficient, and it is urgent to strengthen the professionalism.
