As an old private restaurant that has been open for nearly ten years, the dishes of Xianjuge are stable and guaranteed. The restaurant has improved on the home-cooked cuisine, and the dishes are quite distinctive. Black pepper ox's eye is the store's signature, the beef eye meat is cut into pieces and marinated and then fried in a pan, the meat is firm and tender, the gravy is locked in it, the juice is overflowing, and the delicious gravy and strong black pepper juice are blended into the throat, and the flavor is excellent. The tea-flavored chicken wings in the store are very different from other stores, the tea leaves are easy to fry the wings into the pot without simmering, accompanied by white sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper, dried chili peppers and other spices and stir-fried together, the entrance is dry and not greasy, the tea fragrance is full, covering up the oily taste of the fried wings, and the taste is special.
