The environment is elegant, the hardware is sophisticated, but the service level is not stable enough.

The restaurant specializes in Cantonese seafood hot pot, Cantonese refreshments and desserts. Cantonese seafood hot pot is not popular in Guangdong, but it has become a staple of many high-end seafood restaurants in Nanjing. The characteristic of Cantonese hot pot is that the soup base is mostly Cantonese old fire soup, and the taste is fresh and mellow. Diners can drink the soup before boiling, and the light soup can better reflect the original taste of seafood. The snowflake beef has a clear texture, with fat and thin, while the beef tongue is crispy and tough, and the beef grains are plump. The beef meat is rich in aroma, and in a lot of seafood, it can adjust the taste.
