Little Blue Whale has been established for more than ten years and is a well-known local Jinling restaurant in Nanjing.
 
Different from the state banquet dishes that are delicate, light, and can adjust the mouth, the home-cooked dishes produced by Little Blue Whale generally have the commonality of "heavy mouth". Catfish powder skin is the signature dish of Little Blue Whale. The catfish is deep-fried with a crispy skin and tender flesh. The taste of the noodles is soft and rotten without losing toughness, and it is more flavorful after absorbing the soup, and the overall taste of the dishes is salty and spicy. Local gourmets have another way to eat catfish powder, that is, wrapping a piece of catfish meat and eating it with corn steamed buns.
