Founded in 2017, Twenty-Four is now well-known in Nanjing. The so-called "24" refers to the traditional Chinese 24 solar terms, which means that the ingredients used in the restaurant are fresh and in season.

Twenty-four is a creative Huaiyang restaurant, that is, a combination of traditional Huaiyang cuisine and new innovative cuisine. The concept of seasonality is incorporated into every detail: the menu changes regularly according to the season, the private rooms are named after the solar terms, and banquets are held during the season. The restaurant has a rich menu, including classic Jiangnan dishes, creative Huaiyang dishes, solar term side dishes, soups, and dim sum. The lion's head with lotus and plum vegetables is the signature dish of the 24 orders. Many lion heads in Huaiyang restaurants have the common problem of feeling fat after eating for a long time, and 24 orders have made two improvements and adjustments to this.
