Max99, which is located on Shiquan Street, is very popular because it is located in the heart of the old town. Its good bar atmosphere masks the lack of craft wines, and a variety of whiskies enrich the wine list.

More than 120 types of bottle beers and 4 types of draft beers, mostly wheat beers, are all the craft beers of Max99. Among them, four draft beers have average performance, namely Asahi, Carlsberg, French 1664 and Fuji White. Eldinger Black Wheat is one of the many wheat beers on the menu, and it's a deep, frothy and toasty aroma. Its medium-thick body gives it a weak killing, with a slightly bland flavour with wheat and floral notes. Overall, the alcohol is not heavy, and it is more suitable for craft brewing. The punk IPA is one of the few American Al in Max99, and as an entry-level IPA, it has a high acceptance. This wine has a golden body and a rich fruity aroma, and when you drink it, the fruitiness neutralizes the bitterness of the hops, giving it a nice balance. When swallowed, there will be a sharp bitterness, followed by a refreshing aftertaste. In addition to craft beers, the store also offers a wide range of single malt whiskies and vodkas, giving drinkers plenty to choose from.

A nice vibe is what makes the Max99 so appealing. The background music in the store is simple and light, and it doesn't feel oppressive. The drinkers from all walks of life chatted happily, but they were not noisy. Sit against the bar and see a chalkboard-style wine list hanging in front of you. There is an LCD screen hanging below, which is also very convenient for watching the event. There is also a pool table in the bar, and regular tournaments are held in a lively atmosphere.

The service affinity of the Max99 is very strong, but the professionalism is lacking. The waiter was enthusiastic and very quick to open the bottle. It's just that I don't know much about craft brewing, and I don't recommend wine professionally.
