Banxi Craft Brewing is located in an industrial workshop in Huxi, which is more niche and independent than the craft beer bars on the commercial street. The bottle shop is a half-happy bar positioning, coupled with a rich variety of snacks, it has also won the favor of many white-collar workers around.
Nearly 200 kinds of bottle beer from more than 50 countries and several kinds of draft beers that change in four seasons are all the wines of Banxi. On the wine list, several wines from Brewing Dog are very popular. Punk IPA is the flagship of this craft beer revolution brand, with a golden color, less foam, and a short hanging glass, exuding fruit notes such as mango, pineapple, and citrus, and the aroma is complex and rich. It is refreshing in the mouth, and the fruity flavor neutralizes the bitterness from the hops, which is very balanced. The mouth is closed with a slight sweetness, and the overall level is clear. The Audiophile IPA is another recommended beer from Brew Dog, and its 9.2% ABV content makes it worthy of its name and more suitable for deep drinkers. This wine is brownish in color, rich in foam, and has a fresh, fragrant and full-bodied mouth. The higher bitterness in the middle will emerge, and the taste will be average. The back end is also mainly bitter, and the mouth is drier.
There is a wide variety of snacks to accompany sake. In addition to the free peanuts, the store also offers pizza, grilled wings, corn chips and other snacks, and hungry drinkers can order a snack platter containing fries, onion rings, and chicken rice flowers, among which the fries are crispy, the chicken rice flowers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the onion rings are soft and crispy.
The environment in the bar is also good. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows on both sides of the store make the store brightly lit and extraordinarily bright. Three large wine cabinets sit neatly against the wall, and the wine list hangs on the wall in the form of a chalkboard. The distance between the two tables also saves the annoyance of different tables of drinkers disturbing each other.
The service is one of the highlights of Banxi's much-praised efforts. The waiter is enthusiastic and recommends the wine professionally and accurately. The proprietress nicknamed "Aunt Thirteen" is eloquent and often talks with drinkers, and lucky drinkers will also get free beer, which is a very good experience.
