Named one of the world's best dining hotels by Condé Nast Traveler, Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is home to some of Hong Kong's most renowned fine dining restaurants, including the classic French cuisine of Petuli. Awarded two Michelin stars, Restaurant Petrus is recognised by local diners as one of the best in Hong Kong for its French cuisine, which is both popular and popular.

The head chef of Petri is Ricardo Chaneton. In 2008, he took a position at Le Gourmet, a French restaurant known as one of the best restaurants in Venezuela. A year later, he took up the position of head chef at the two-Michelin-starred Mirazur restaurant in Monton, France, founded by Mauro Colagreco, where he worked with Michelin-starred chef Colagreco for seven years.

The restaurant's classic French cuisine is made with the best ingredients of the season, and the menu adapts to the season. The restaurant's aperitif, served by the waiter for diners to choose from, is a rare French tradition. Among the season's classics, the starter is slow-cooked organic eggs with black truffle, served with purslane and Jabugo ham, which is a classic appetizer before the meal. The main dish is Iberian sweet sausage, flown in directly from France, accompanied by organic vegetables and wild vegetables, and finished with a drizzle of pork juice. Another dish of roasted Miéral pigeon, served with fresh hazelnuts and elderberry syrup, the top pigeon from the Brese region is worth a try. The dessert is CARAÏBES 66% soft dark chocolate pie, which is a slightly salty dark chocolate that is not sweet and has a very high-quality taste.
